Financial Policy

Registration fee ($50)
Paid by all students. This fee includes insurance coverage for practice in gym. Must be paid on April 1st of each year. This fee is non-refundable.

Tuition fee
Paid monthly in advance for the whole month no later than the first class of each month. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged if we receive the payment after 5th of the month. The Tuition fee is based on the cost per practice hour and gymnast's level (kind of gymnastic group - recreational, performance or competitive). Tuition Fee is not refundable.

Team fee
Paid once per year on June 1st. The Team fee must be paid in full per Club policy.
    * L.3-4 $250

    * Advanced group $450

Team Fee pays for the following:

    * Music selection (Fee does not include cutting of music)
    * Choreography of the routines for the competitions
    * Any changes that are required to be done to the routine during the year in order to comply with the changes mandated by the Federation. Number based on the level of the gymnast.
Team members must participate in Invitational and in official competitions: State Championships, Regional, West Qualifier, Junior Olympic Championships, and USA National Championships.

Private classes fee
Private classes are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Parents need to arrange class one week before date of beginning. Cost of lessons is:
    * One hour private $50
    * One hour semi-private $60
All private classes need to be paid one week in advance and are not refundable.

Athlete Membership Fee ($50)
Paid once per year on July 1st. This fee includes insurance coverage on the competitions for participating gymnasts and payment for the annual subscription of USA Gymnastics Magazine.

Competition Entry Fee
Every competition has its own fee for the participants. This fee ranges from $50 to $115 per participant. This fee should be paid 4-5 weeks in advance of the competition to the club and is sent by the club to a meet director.

Travel cost and coaches fee during competitions (does not apply to international competitions where fee schedule is different and will be discussed separately):
Air travel, hotel accommodation, transportation and $40 per day food allowance must be paid for the coach by participating gymnasts. The total cost accumulated will be divided equally between students. In addition, $40 per day for coach's work per gymnast will be charged per student. (This fee applies daily, including the day of the departure to the competition and every day of the competition). The fees are added to a monthly statement.

Uniforms
The parents pay for the sport uniforms. Toe-shoes are required. Please call (415) 242-5643 for instructions where to buy them.

Unexpected fees
Additional unexpected fees may occur during the year. We will try our best to minimize these unexpected expenses to the best of our abilities.

Make-up classes and refunds
The fee schedule is based on a 4-week per month schedule. No additional fee is charged for extra classes if there are more the 4 weeks in a month. No make-up classes will be allowed and no partial refunds will be given for missed sessions.
